- Children 3 and under ride free with a paying adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Only foldable strollers are allowed on board.
- Ticket redemption: Download the Big Bus Tours app, tap “Add Booking”, enter your reference, and activate on your travel date. Once activated, your ticket is stored offline and can be shown without internet. Alternatively, exchange your printed or mobile voucher at the Big Bus Information Centre (11 Avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris) or with a Big Bus staff member at any stop.
