• Wheelchairs are available to rent on-site at The Corner Shop for approximately ¥500. Limited availability; maximum weight limit ~100 kg
• Most attractions accommodate wheelchair users with gradual access or accessible boarding.
• The center features stroller-pram accessibility with wide walkways and elevators.
• Guests with disabilities or limited mobility can request an “Assisted Access Pass” via Guest Services. This pass allows queuing outside of crowded lines and boarding at specified times, reducing wait-related stress.
• The center offers a Sensory Guide, developed with autism specialists (IBCCES), indicating stimulation levels—visual, auditory, tactile, etc.—for all attractions on a scale of 1–11.
• Ear muffs and designated quiet/rest areas are available at Guest Services or First Aid for guests needing a break from sensory overload.
