• Elevator & Escalator Access: All stations provide elevators and escalators between platforms, ticket gates, and street level.
• Barrier-Free Routes: Every station has at least one fully accessible route from entrance to platform.
• Wide Ticket Gates: Each station includes wide gates designed for wheelchair and mobility aid users.
• Child Seating: Infants must ride seated on an adult’s lap.
• Pets are prohibited, except for guide or assistance dogs.
• Peak Hour Caution: Stations can become crowded during rush hours; travelers with mobility needs should plan accordingly.

• Please provide a valid email address and phone number for receiving tour vouchers and itinerary details via email and other messaging apps.
• Please note that JR Lines (including the Yamanote line) are NOT included.
• At the time of collecting a paper ticket, you will need a “QR code” issued after the reservation is completed. Please bring a device that can display the “QR code” or print out the “QR code”. If you are unable to present the “QR code”, you may not use the voucher.
• Please note that we do not offer partial exchanges of tickets. Each purchase will have a unique QR code, even if multiple tickets are bought. When you scan the QR code on the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, all the tickets you purchase will be exchanged and valid starting from the day of exchange.
• If the magnetic field on your Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes damaged or weakened, it may not be usable at automatic ticket gates. Please avoid placing the ticket near objects that emit strong magnetic fields (such as smartphones, home appliances, magnetic fasteners on wallets, etc.).
• Vouchers can be exchanged within 12 months from the date of purchase. The exchanged ticket will be valid for 6 months from the exchange date.
• Vouchers cannot be used directly, please exchange your voucher for physical ticket on ticket vending machines that located in Tokyo Metro Subway or Toei Metro Subway main stations.
• You can get on and off in Tokyo Metro Subways and Toei Subways whichever station you want.
• Expiration date will be shown on the physical ticket. Expiration time will be printed on the physical ticket when you pass the ticket gate.
• If you enter the station within the valid time, you can leave the station even though you passed the expiration time while riding the subway.
• If the ticket is not used by the expiration date printed on it, it will become invalid.
• If the exchanged ticket cannot be used at the automated ticket gates, please inform a station attendant. After verification, a new ticket will be issued.
