• Both manual and electric wheelchairs are permitted within the Studio Tour. However, for safety reasons, mobility scooters and larger mobility vehicles cannot be accommodated inside the attraction. Complimentary manual wheelchairs are available on-site for guests arriving with scooters or mobility vehicles that exceed allowed limits.

• Certain exhibits feature special effects; guests with medical conditions such as heart issues or high blood pressure are encouraged to speak with the staff to identify and possibly avoid these sections.
• Visitors with disabilities who have purchased a valid ticket and possess a disability handbook can request a free ticket for their accompanying carer. The carer's ticket can be obtained at the ticket office when you arrive.
• All children aged 11 or younger must have an accompanying adult who holds a valid ticket.
