Accessibility
- Baby strollers are allowed on board—though it is advised to keep the stollers folded onboard the vessel.
- Wheelchair Accessibility: Due to numerous steps leading to both the docks and boat entry points, the only stop currently accessible to wheelchair users is at the Eiffel Tower. Please note that this access ramp is shared with vehicles, so be cautious when arriving or departing.
- Permitted Animals: Guide dogs for visually impaired passengers (in harness) are welcome, as are dogs wearing muzzles and on leashes, and small dogs kept in a carrier or bag. The crew, however, reserves the right to refuse any animal they deem disruptive or potentially unsafe for fellow passengers.
