You can book a tour directly on our website. Simply select the tour you're interested in, choose your preferred dates, and follow the prompts to complete your booking.

Each tour includes different inclusions such as entrance fees, live-support, free-cancellation etc. Please refer to the specific tour details for comprehensive information.

We will be sending your tour entrance tickets, with QR codes/Barcodes one day before your tour date via e-mail, and if applicable, through other messaging apps such as WhatsApp and Facebook messenger.

We accept various payment methods, including debit, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers.

We do offer free cancellation or reschedules for most of our tours. However, please refer to our cancellation policy of the specific tour's detail page for terms and conditions.

Please refer to the specific tour's 'Know Before You Go' section to see the terms of eligibility for free admission.

Regardles of the activity, you should, at all times, carry with you; a form of identification (Passport, Government ID or Driver's Licence), and a charged smart phone to download and scan your tickets from, or a printed version of your e-tickets.

In the unlikely event that a tour cannot operate, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options or a full refund.

Not all activities include guide services. To find whether your activity is independent or self-guided, please check the 'Meeting Point Info' section of the tour details page.

Skip-the-line refers to the advantage of being able to skip the ticket purchasing line, which will grant you the convenience to head straight to the entrance. For admission into each and every tour/activity or event there will be a seperate ticket scanning line and a security check. Please note, security check and ticket scanning is mandatory for everyone wishing to enter the premises and these lines cannot be skipped. Depending on the season there may be wait times at the entrances, despite online bookings.

Some of the tours allow bringing collapsible pushchairs and strollers into the premises, while others outright may not allow any type of strollers. To be sure, please check the 'Accessbility' section of the tour you're interested in, where this information is provided.

Cancellation policy for each activity or tour differs. Please check the 'Cancellation Policy' of the specific tour to find the cancellation terms and conditions. If approved, refunds usually take 5 to 7 business days to reach back to your bank account. Depending on the payment method or instutition, the refunds may take anywhere from 5 days to 3-4 weeks to reach back to the payment account.
