Important! This is not a guided tour, therefore there's no meeting point. You will need to head to the attraction at the provided address and enter with your tickets.
Accessibility
- Service animals are permitted throughout the park, except for the Crown area.
- Ferries and the grounds of both Liberty Island and Ellis Island are accessible for wheelchair users.
- Access to the Statue's Crown requires climbing 162 stairs, as there is no elevator available. Please note that the ascent can be quite challenging. An elevator is available for inside the Statue of Liberty for individuals who are unable to use the stairs.
Know Before You Go
- Confirmation will be received right after booking via e-mail.
- Ferry departure schedules will be provided with your tickets.
- Allocate 4-6 hours to fully explore the attractions.
- Mandatory airport-style security screening is required before boarding.
- Visitors must climb 354 steps to access the Crown and 192 steps to reach the top of the pedestal.
- Any banned items will be confiscated by the U.S. Park Police.
- Minors under 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 or older.
- Children under 3 can enter for free.
- Please be aware that the ferry does not allow luggage, scooters, or any large items on board. We will not be liable if you are refused entry due to these items.
