- Elevators are available for strollers, but strollers must be folded on observation decks.
- The Empire State Building is ADA compliant with accessible restrooms, ramps, lowered viewing walls, binoculars, and welcomes service dogs. Wheelchairs are allowed.

- Items such as weapons, glass, alcohol, professional cameras, sports gear, large bags, and outside food are not allowed. Confiscated items may not be returned. Tripods are not allowed at the Observatory; no on-site storage available.
- The Empire State Building has 24/7 security with screening similar to airport procedures. Your visit will be monitored.
