• The museum features ramps to ensure easy access for all visitors. Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the cloakroom. Accessible restrooms for disabled visitors are equipped with push-button automatic doors.
• Scooters and bicycles are not permitted inside the museum. Only umbrella strollers are allowed within the premises.

• This is a self-guided activity and there is no meeting point. On your tour date and time please make your way directly to the Musée Rodin at the provided address: 77 rue de Varenne, 75007 Paris. Right next to the Hôtel des Invalides. You will gain admission to the attraction by scanning the Barcode/QR codes located on your e-tickets.
• Visitors under 18 and EU residents under 26 can enter the museum for free with valid identification.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• The museum and sculpture garden are available for visits from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., last admission at 5:45 p.m.
• The rooms begin to be evacuated 15 minutes prior to the museum's closing time.
• The Rodin Museum is closed to visits on January 1, May 1, and December 25. On December 24 and 31, the museum closes early at 5:30 p.m., with the last entry at 4:45 p.m.
• Luggage, including suitcases of any size and large bags, is not allowed. Only small backpacks are permitted.
• A complimentary cloakroom is provided at the entrance to the permanent collections in the Hôtel Biron. Additionally, lockers can be found at the museum's entrance on the lower level of the reception area. Please note that cabin-sized suitcases are not allowed.
